JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of retail sales experience, technical knowledge, and strong organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction management.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory effectively.
