We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Experience in restaurant customer service and cashiering is required
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently - TOAST POS
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Upsell combos and food items to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Provide information about food items
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate packaging of food for dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
