Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols.
  • Perform merchandising tasks, including stocking shelves and organizing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales effectively.
  • Upsell products by recommending additional items based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store environment.
  • Assist in training new staff members, sharing knowledge on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
