The position also emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a respectful attitude toward both customers and coworkers. The job requires basic math skills, some fast‑food or cash‑handling experience, and the ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching. Employees must operate kitchen and beverage equipment, maintain knowledge of services and amenities, and foster a collaborative, customer‑focused environment. Additional requirements include passing a pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening and obtaining a Serv‑Safe Certification within 90 days.
