EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic math and retail math principles for accurate transaction processing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to company policies.
• Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining an organized checkout area.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services to enhance the shopping experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items or promotions.
• Supervise junior staff members during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries over the phone.
