SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills.
• Experience in retail sales and technology sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising techniques.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
