Description About Us Molly's Spirits is the premier destination retail liquor store in Colorado. While our Lakeside location has only been open since 2014, we are a top five liquor store in Colorado. Last November, we opened our second location in Greenwood Village near the Denver Tech Center and have plans to expand as rapidly as liquor laws allow. Molly’s has won numerous awards and received national attention for their innovation and customer service. Molly’s is consistently voted Best of Westword Liquor Store and is a Market Watch Leader recognized for technology innovation in the liquor Industry. We currently have a need for some hard working, part time team members to join us throughout our various departments to help. Essential Duties: Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving established goals. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in-store sales. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Maintain displays: Stocking, facing, fronting, and cleaning Maintain a clean and safe environment Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts. Availability: Sunday through Wednesday 24-32 hours per week Potential for more time based on store needs 6-8 hour shifts Requirements Requirements: Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. A professional appearance. Some basic beer, wine and/or spirits knowledge Willingness to expand your knowledge and cross train between departments including delivery, front end, and receiving Sales Experience Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Must be able to walk, bend and stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Regularly use flatbed cart, pallet jack, two wheeled dolly and box cutter The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.
