Essential Functions: * Provide superior customer service while processing all cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. * Assist with customer inquiries and provide helpful advice or information. * Maintain a clean and professional front end area. Other Functions: * Receive and check incoming merchandise and assist with inventory management. * Help train new cashiers and support store management as requested. * Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store appearance. * Engage with customers to promote membership in our loyalty programs. Working Conditions: * Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. * Work in a typical retail environment with occasional exposure to heat, dust, and chemicals. * Requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
