Description Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Welcome and greet guests Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant services Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by management Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service Respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers Help maintain restaurant cleanliness Follow the closing checklist to close the restaurant properly Attend all scheduled team member meetings Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Ability to read and understand simple instructions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members.
