  • At least 2–3 years of experience in the retail industry
  • Strong numerical and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy

  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluency in Arabic; English skills preferred
