We are an all-Canadian company with a large presence in Eastern Canada.
We are looking for a full-time team member at our Fredericton location. Do you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and follow directions? If so, contact us, as we are seeking someone who can prepare, cook, and serve our valued customers. The primary responsibility would be preparing and cooking but we train you in all areas of operations to help wherever is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Food service experience and bilingualism is an asset.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Prepared to go the extra mile to help other colleagues, serve customers and make Dixie Lee a great place to work.
  • Food Safety Certification (Training will be provided if needed)

Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to, preparing food, ensuring health and food safety procedures are followed, cooking all menu items, washing dishes and cleaning duties.
  • Other responsibilities may include answering phones, taking orders, serving customers and handling cash.
  • Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptionally satisfying experience for all of our customers.
  • Accurately records customer transactions in electronic cash register.
  • Demonstrating professionalism, integrity and respect for customers and employees.
  • Ensuring the highest level of product quality and customer care is adhered to at all times.
  • Punctual and have good time management skills
  • Availability to cover shifts when needed
  • Attention to detail.
  • Reliable and flexible
    This position requires that you be available to work at least 2 shifts a week which could be a 4-8pm evening shift and to be flexible on the weekends.
