JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct product demos and upsell merchandise to enhance customer engagement and sales.
  • Train and mentor new cashiers on POS systems, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills through phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions with customers.
