CASHIER – 3 DAYS PER WEEK

SKILLS:

· Passion for food and presentation.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to follow instructions and company policy.
· Strong time management skills.
· Ability to work well in a team.
· Basic math skills for handling money & portioning products.
· Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred but not essential).
· Good timekeeping.
· Previous experience in a food business or similar role.

· Serve customers at the checkout (and in time on the Deli counter if required – full training for both will be given on the job)
· Manage stock control and rotation and maintain attractive grocery displays.
· Check in deliveries.
· Assist customers with building and selecting gift hampers.
· Keep work areas and the shop clean and tidy.
· Provide high-level customer service.
· Full training provided by experienced staff.
· Cash handling
