Essential Job Functions: · Keep a positive attitude and a smiling charismatic attitude · Maintain cash board on all transactions. · Receive payments and maintain accurate records. · Maintain a professional appearance and keep the work area tidy. · Assist with clerical duties as requested. · Calling clients upon completion of vehicle when ready for pick up. · Maintain and track keys and locations. · Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Qualifications: · Computer experience and data entry skills · Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. · Ability to read and write simple instructions, comprehend short correspondence, and memos. · Ability to apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions. Physical Demands: · Regularly required to sit and talk or hear. · Occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 30 pounds. · Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
