JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Edmonton International Airport (EIA), Edmonton, AB

Position: Cashier/Server

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly, efficient manner.
  • Take orders and accurately input them into the point-of-sale system.
  • Process payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
  • Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring the restaurant is fully stocked throughout the day.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent team player with a passion for providing great customer service.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak airport traffic times.
