Description

Cashier- cash out all walk in customers at front counter
Create new vehicle pick-ups for all incoming vehicles.
Ensure all proper titles are collected and transferred
Arrange pick-up with insured/insurance company
Write cheques/post transactions in QuickBooks
Ownership record keeping
Accounting admin- enter invoices, assist with other accounting functions as needed
General office duties
Must have previous admin, licensing and Quickbooks experience
