Description Part Time Shifts include: Monday 7am-6pm Wednesday 1pm-6pm Thursday 3pm-6pm Friday 1pm-6pm Sunday 11am-4pm (occasionally) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides and ensures exceptional customer service; Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership; Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person; Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Office Manager; Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions; Performs other directly related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification.
