JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Cashier to manage all transactions in our restaurant. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively in Malayalam and English to interact with customers and staff efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service (restaurant experience preferred).
• Ability to speak and understand Malayalam and English fluently.
• Basic knowledge of computers and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Strong mathematical and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  Pay: Up to AED1,400.00 per mont

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Assist customers with menu queries and guide them with billing information.
• Communicate effectively in Malayalam and English with customers and staff.
• Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
• Follow company policies and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
