Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell products will contribute to a positive shopping experience and drive sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interaction.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and conduct effective demos.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance.
