JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and promoting our products. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage your time efficiently will contribute to a positive shopping experience for all customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory effectively.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Familiarity with product demos and technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing the customer’s shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring that shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
• Utilize technical sales skills to educate customers about products and services, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
• Communicate effectively with customers in a friendly manner, fostering a welcoming environment.
