JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role requires a strong focus on sales, including upselling products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Must be able to lift cases of product.
• Must have your Serving It Right certificate.
