QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and engage customers in conversation about their needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic technical sales knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise as needed.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as needed.
