Join the Save More Marketplace family as a Cashier! In this role, you'll be the friendly face our customers see as they check out. Your primary duties will involve accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash and card payments, and providing top-notch service to enhance our customers' shopping experience. You'll work in a dynamic environment and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our store. Responsibilities Process transactions accurately and quickly using the cash register. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in resolving customer issues with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude to enhance the shopping experience. Prior experience as a cashier or in a retail setting is an advantage. Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
