JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic individual to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our guests, managing transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
• Address customer questions, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
