We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Accurately process transactions using the Micros POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling and payment processing.
• Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
• Perform regular cleaning duties to uphold restaurant hygiene standards.
