MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collect and deposit student payments. Collect and deposit departmental monies. Update student's accounts. Manage eCommerce OTHER DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS Manage University petty cash. Update general ledger with payment information. Answer student questions. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Associate’s degree (AA) or two-year equivalent. Experience 0 to 1 years of job related experience. Licenses or Certifications None. Financial Responsibility Processes or records financial transactions within established guidelines and safeguards. Supervision None. Special Knowledge Experience working with software systems including Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Written and oral communication skills.
