We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service while accurately handling transactions. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing sales, managing cash handling, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Familiarity with technical or technology sales is a plus.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills to ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.

• Operate the cash register and handle all transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their inquiries.
• Process cash, credit, and debit card payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain an organized checkout area, keeping it clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting products and answering questions about features and benefits.
• Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Utilize basic math skills to provide accurate change and receipts to customers.
