JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The Cashier will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. SKILLS

• Previous supervising experience is a plus.
• Experience with product demos to promote merchandise effectively.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries and customer calls professionally.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product visibility.
• Experience in stocking shelves efficiently while adhering to store standards.
• Background in retail sales with an understanding of customer service best practices.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Assist with product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales.
• Upsell products and services to increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Perform merchandising duties by arranging products attractively in the checkout area.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support.
• Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management as needed.
