Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food preparation and serving
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment
