Job Description As a Waterpark Cashier, you will: Handle and balance daily receipts, including cash, checks, credit cards, and vouchers, following all accounting and procedural standards. Maintain full cash drawer/bank accountability and perform POS responsibilities per company guidelines. Greet guests promptly, provide excellent service, and apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales. Accurately record services rendered and maintain department records. Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and urgently. Follow all opening, running, and closing procedures, including guest walk-out protocols. Adhere to departmental standards for cash/check handling, safety, security, and participation in company performance programs. Qualifications Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner. Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company equipment. Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
