Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to support our financial operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service in a professional office environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a professional or financial services setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and accounting software.
  • Ability to handle transactions with integrity and responsibility.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer payments accurately using cash, card, and digital methods.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and change as needed.
  • Maintain and reconcile the cash register at the beginning and end of each day.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded properly in the accounting system.
  • Assist clients with payment-related queries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and support audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier’s station.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling and security.
