Description JOB SUMMARY Join our team as a Cashier and become a key player in providing exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone. As a Cashier, your precision in operating cash drawers and the POS system ensures that all orders are accurately processed and sold. We are looking for candidates with weekend availability, prior experience, fast learning ability, ability to work well under pressure, and good teamwork skills. Must be 21+, weekends are required. Open availability is preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Duties & Responsibilities Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies Extensive knowledge of the food, drink, and specials menus Accurately take, ring in, and serve orders to the customers’ specifications Able to use the POS systems with efficiency Ensure guest satisfaction with products and services Conduct all monetary transactions with attention to detail Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager Communicate clearly and professionally with all persons in the restaurant Complete all opening, closing, and side duties Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect Requirements Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older with a current TAPS Card and Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card. Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred but not required.
