This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in complex operations, value people development, and can balance guest satisfaction with financial performance. Responsibilities * Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system. * Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing at the end of each shift. * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations. * Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications * Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast-food restaurant, or retail environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential. * Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if needed. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. * Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy. * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
