Job Details Job Location: Gardendale, TX 79758 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $32.00 - $40.00 Hourly Job Shift: Swing Job Category: Other Job Summary: The Casing Crew Pusher is responsible for overseeing the installation of casing on drilling rigs. This role ensures the integrity and safety of the well by managing a team of casing crew members and coordinating activies on the job site. Responsibilites: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the casing crew Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Inspect, test, and install casing and tubing as needed. Assist with the rigging up and down of all casing related equipment. Provide maintenance and certification documentation. Conduct pre and post-job safety analysis checks. Identify and report any issues with equipment or personnel. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications Required Skills: Good physical condition and strength. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment. Good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions. Experience: At least 5 years of experience working as Crew Pusher on Casing Crew. Experience in operating Casing Running Equipment. Experience with Mechanical and Hydraulic CRT's. Personal Traits: Self motivated and a strong work ethic. Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to rise to challenges and develop creative solutions.
