Description The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Maverick Gaming properties in Washington operate in compliance with all applicable State of Washington regulations, standards, and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) to support long-term organizational success. This position is Part time Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The duties listed below are examples of the work typically performed by an employee in this position: Comply and enforce all policies, procedures, regulations and laws pertaining to gaming in the state of Washington. Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to company business. Maintain multiple property Internal Controls. Perform AML audits and file Currency Transaction Reports. Monitor and maintain email. Maintain the Washington State Self Exclusions log and notifications. Perform related and/or other duties as assigned. Microsoft Excel experience (Functions, V-Lookup, Pivot Tables). Strong verbal and professional written communication skills. Requirements Requirements Be 21 years of age. Must obtain a Washington State Gambling License. Must have Title 31 Training. Experience a plus. Must have auditing experience. Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must. Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills. Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Honesty and Integrity. Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
