Overview SUMMARY: Greet patrons as they enter the casino and thank customers for their patronage as they leave the casino. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol and gaming. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ask for valid identification from customers who appear to be 30 years of age and younger. Make a diligent inquiry to verify the presented identification. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitor, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Direct patrons to restrooms, restaurants, bars, Table Games, hotel front desk, Players Club, Cashiers Cage, Shuttle, and other areas of interest. Visually scan casino floor and report any infraction of rules to the MOD. Refuse admittance to patrons or persons without proper identification. Guide patrons to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency. Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules. Help with patrons’ special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs. Ensure that entrances are free of debris and tripping hazards. Radio for a call to MOD, and or Security departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
