Job Description The Casino Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day performance, optimization, and operational management of the online casino product. This role focuses on on-site execution, analytics, and continuous improvement across the casino experience. The position requires a strong understanding of casino player behavior, content performance, and on-site merchandising, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making within a regulated iGaming environment. You will take ownership of post-delivery product performance, ensuring that casino content, features, and promotions are effectively deployed, optimized, and aligned to commercial goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Casino Operations & On-Site Management Manage the day-to-day operation of the online casino lobby and user journeys. Oversee game placement, categorization, search optimization, and promotional visibility. Ensure the site reflects current campaigns, priorities, and market trends. Continuously optimize the on-site experience to improve engagement and conversion. 2. Performance & Analytics Monitor and report on key casino metrics including turnover, GGR, margin, and player activity. Define and track KPIs across games, categories, and customer segments. Conduct deep-dive analysis into player behavior, retention, and monetization trends. Use data to identify performance gaps and implement targeted optimization strategies. 3. Optimization & Personalization Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, segmentation, and UX enhancements. Optimize game recommendations, promotions, and lobby layouts based on performance data. Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to align on-site content with player campaigns. Incorporate user feedback and insights into ongoing improvements. 4. Product Readiness & Launch Support Collaborate with product and platform teams during the pre-delivery and pre-launch stages. Ensure new games, features, and content are configured correctly and ready for launch. Define go-live requirements, acceptance criteria, and operational readiness. Support smooth rollouts with a focus on post-launch performance tracking and optimization. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with product, CRM, marketing, UX/UI, and compliance teams. Align on priorities, campaign execution, and customer experience improvements. Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly across teams.
