Demonstrating outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “Red Carpet Service” program guidelines Resolving guest and/or Cast Member issues the absence of the Casino Service Supervisor Monitor incoming ACD phone calls to ensure quality guest service. Maintaining and monitoring special events and reservation requests. Maintaining data in computer system for analysis and track patron response to invitations Keeping designated work area clean, neat, and stocked with supplies Assisting with inventory maintainance of departmental inventory Attending departmental and company meetings, as required BRING US YOUR BEST.
