POSITION SUMMARY The successful Casino Manager must be familiar with Gaming Regulations and casino floor operations (table games including 21, pai-gow, craps, as well as keno and slots). This position provides support to all departments and is responsible for resolving guest service issues. Excellent guest service skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
