We are looking for a Casino Specialist to support the development and execution of gaming operations in Greece. Working closely with the Casino Lead, you will help ensure gaming products and promotions engage players, drive retention, and maximize growth. Your creativity, analytical skills, and operational expertise will contribute to delivering competitive and compelling gaming experiences. What you’ll be doing: Assist in developing new gaming products and promotional campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, player preferences, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and integration of new features. Analyze player behavior and campaign performance to inform improvements. Implement best practices for gaming exclusivities to boost retention and revenue. Maximize promotional revenue and optimize bonus utilization. Negotiate agreements with providers, including bonus caps, invoice discounts, and allocated ATL budgets. Prepare reports and participate in provider network promotions What we are looking for someone who has: Passion for gaming across RNG and Live Casino.
