Job Location: Oldsmar, FL PLant Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Monday - Friday | Overtime, including weekends, required as needed based on business demands Responsibilities: Inspect saw and safety guards at the start of the shift to ensure safe working condition. Adjust machinery to required cut lengths as specified by directions. Perform quality checks according to procedures. Operate saw to meet daily production and efficiency goals. Monitor equipment to ensure maximum production time. Produce quality material to meet production schedules and audit material throughout the process. Work with supervisors and team members to maximize production capabilities. Complete all documentation accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32”. Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience using protractors and calipers a plus. Ability to monitor gauges, dials, and indicators for equipment performance. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in seasonal extreme temperature conditions (heat or cold). Ability to read, write, and speak English.
