Job Description
Disney Store are opening a new limited-time retail destination at Westfield White City, in June 2025. The pop-up will give fans and families the chance to explore the stories they love and shop a wide range of Disney products in a magical retail setting.
This is an exciting 12-month opportunity to become a Cast Member. The posting is to apply for fixed-term employment of at least 12 or 16 hours per week.

KNOWLEDGEABLE & POSITIVE

Exhibits great knowledge about Disney products and services and proactively shares ideas and actions that may positively impact the Store, Company and environment.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise Guests and tasks.
• Retail/service experience in sales preferred but training will be given.
• Flexibility to work different day/shifts as needed based on availability given
• Ability to assist with store events which maybe scripted or non scripted
• Ability to understand store commercial targets and daily expectations ie talk ups, go with, basket fill.
• Housekeeping to ensure both on stage and back stage the areas are clean and tidy.
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Success in working in a team environment.
• Good communication skills being able to adjust communication to the guest.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to learn about the product and the franchise.
• Visual merchandising experience (albeit training will be given)
• Cash handling and till work/card transitions (albeit training will be given)
