Job Purpose: To assist the Cast Manager in coordinating and supporting the live actors throughout the event, ensuring a smooth operation and maintaining high spirits among the cast to deliver an unforgettable, terrifying experience to our patrons.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a supportive or assistant role, preferably in theatrical productions, event management, or similar settings.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to encourage and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • A positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for creating a fun and frightening experience for guests.
  • First aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cast Manager with daily operational tasks and coordination of the cast.
  • Position cast members each night according to the event’s needs and ensure their proper rotation to maximize the scare factor for guests.
  • Safely coordinate the cast’s entry and exit from the corn maze, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Provide continuous support to cast members during their shifts, including motivational encouragement, addressing immediate needs, and facilitating breaks.
  • Work closely with the Cast Manager to resolve any issues that arise promptly and maintain the overall quality of the performance.
  • Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings to offer feedback and suggestions for improving cast performance and morale.
  • Ensure all cast members are informed of any changes to their roles, scenes, or performance expectations.
