The Castling Production Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality die cast products to our customers. In this hands-on position, you’ll support casting die and trim press setups, changeovers, and sleeve changes while working closely with Group Leads to keep production running efficiently and safely. What You’ll Do Support casting die press setups, changeovers, and sleeve changes to ensure smooth production starts Prepare and verify that production cells are fully set up and ready to run Assist with troubleshooting die issues and preparing tool carts to meet customer quality requirements Perform routine equipment maintenance, including monitoring fluid levels, media, tools, and supplies Work alongside Group Leads and Trim Leads to minimize downtime and maintain production flow Provide floor support as needed, including coverage for breaks and lunches Help maintain an organized, efficient production environment Actively promote a safe workplace by participating in safety audits and leading by example Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license (or ability to obtain) At least 1 year of experience in casting and/or trim operations Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork Applicants must be authorized to work for an employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
