About role itself: This role is responsible for crafting the framework, develop the process and be responsible for the implementation of the Branded Workshop concept, with the view of crafting a network that will develop opportunities within and beyond lubricants for the Castrol business. Through close collaboration with the key collaborators (distributor manager teams, Service and Maintenance, Finance, Operations, etc) the Branded Workshop Implementation Manager will create detailed roll out plans, supervise implementation and performance in line with the strategic and financial objectives. Key Accountabilities Work with the local teams to create detailed roll out plans, including the means of deployment of the branded workshop concept, to identify and act on the specific market opportunities. Develop the financial framework for the markets (ATNs, EFMs) and monitor performance against it Support the offer development and deployment for the branded workshop concept. Explore and evaluate different Route to Market options for deploying the branded workshop concept. Explore, suggest and develop opportunities for employing the branded workshop network to drive new revenue streams for Castrol. Support the implementation of market/PU/Global projects and initiatives in the branded workshop network. Planning of the team resource and deployment of the approved resource. Setting team targets within bp guideline Education Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Experience Relevant business experience, preferably with track record in the IWS business Deep understanding of the market trends, competitive landscape, and business ecosystem in the market. Well-connected network of local resources to develop business opportunities through both organic and inorganic approaches. Rich understanding of the dynamics in the IWS business Skills & Proficiencies Hands-on skills in planning and delivering large projects. Strong communication and influence skills, with proficient both written and spoken English. Ability to work in a matrix organization with sophisticated customer interfaces. Ability to work in constantly evolving environment, and prioritize duties accordingly. Ability to work optimally with functional support teams to achieve aligned positions.
