Requirements and skills:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal driven Administrative Assistant to work in our Carrum Downs office. The role is ever evolving, but ideally will begin with assisting our clients & customers via phone, replying to emails in a timely manner, and general assistance to our Admin Coordinator & Ecommerce Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, confidence on the phone, and a background in office administration.
You will be someone who brings an enthusiastic energy to our team and is ready to tackle tasks head on.
