Role Responsibilities Administrator Casual Grade 4 Under instruction and following appropriate training: Respond to stakeholder queries, solving routine problems to meet requirements Provide advice to stakeholders on standard or routine queries Plan work activities as part of a team to meet objectives Liaise with internal and external suppliers, contractors or specialists to ensure smooth service delivery Accurately record data and provide reports and a monitoring service Plan and prepare for meetings and events Use content provided by colleagues to build, maintain and update webpage(s), marketing materials, and update the departmental social media channels.
