Responsibilities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable casual staff member to support our Admissions team during a peak workload period.
Duration: 6 weeks (starting early August)
Location: Flexible - Burwood Campus
Hours: 22.05 hours per week

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Proven experience working in a high-volume processing environment
  • Admissions experience is essential
  • Experience in graduate research or research administration (highly regarded)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and follow established processes

    Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Triage graduate research applications

  • Review submissions for completeness
  • Identify and flag applications that require further information
  • Assist with data entry and tracking as needed
