We’re looking for a motivated and friendly All-Rounder to join our dynamic team in a casual capacity. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across different areas of hospitality.
As a casual all-rounder, you’ll support various departments, including front-of-house, bar, kitchen, and general cleaning or event assistance, depending on the business’s needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role preferred but not essential
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – if working in licensed areas
• Food Handlers Certificate – required for any food preparation or handling tasks
• Basic food safety knowledge is a must

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Take and process orders using POS systems
• Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, soft drinks, alcohol if RSA certified)
• Assist in food preparation and plating (basic kitchen hand duties)
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of service areas
• Set up and pack down tables, chairs, and equipment for events or functions
• Follow health and safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth operations
