SKILLS:

• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is (required).
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations (required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously (required) .

• Preparing and cooking of vegetables and preparation of school meals
• Assisting Cooks with preparation of main courses, sweets and sauces
• Serving food in an efficient, friendly manner.
• Washing up kitchen equipment and tableware.
